It started at five, standing at the counter with my mom and gran cooking up a delightful treat. That early love led me to hotel school, professional kitchens, and travelling the world learning everything I could about food.
But what drives me most is simple: cooking great food for the people I love. My happy place is in a kitchen, at a great restaurant stealing ideas with my eyes, or around a dinner table sharing good food and a laugh with great friends.
